Peter Flynn

Peter Flynn is a CPA-trained senior executive with in-depth knowledge of both the operational and financial dimensions of both public and privately-held business. Peter has served as financial advisor and chief operating offer of firms in industries as diverse as robotics to low-end commodities. He guided a $100 million public holding company in a complex restructuring that maximized share-holder value, eliminated unfavorable double tax consequences and delivered substantial value for shareholders.

Peter has extensive experience in financial restructuring, cash flow modeling, budgeting and forecasting. He has helped companies grow through acquisition and harvest share-holder value with strategic divestitures. He is frequently called on to assume the chief financial officer role and negotiate and/or restructure credit facilities. Peter is a former audit manager for Arthur Andersen & Co. and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.
