Donald M. Haas

Donald Haas has been an active investor in middle-market companies for the past sixteen years, both as an investor and as a founding partner in Agio Capital Partners I, LP and NJK Holding Corporation, where he was also Chief Financial Officer.  He is a strategic consulting resource, helping client companies position for maximum growth and profit.

Don holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) inactive, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Data Processor (CDP).  Prior to becoming an investor, he was an Audit Partner at Price Waterhouse and headed up the Minneapolis middle-market and acquisition practices.  He has served on the board of both public and private corporations and non-profits, serving as board chair for the Metropolitan Visiting Nurse Association.  In a recent private investment, he engineered a significant turnaround in a major West Virginia coal operation, serving as interim CEO and effecting a management restructuring, renegotiation of customer contracts and sale of unprofitable operations.
