Mike Kasner

Mike has served over 60 companies during his career in a variety of consulting and operating roles in operating businesses and has developed a broad array of experiences in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Contracts, Administration and Operations. He is a CPA (Inactive) in the state of Minnesota and graduated with honors from the University of Saint Thomas with a degree in Accounting.
