Acquisition and divestiture are fundamental strengths of the Matrix team. We manage buying and selling of significant operations from start to close. We provide due diligence, planning, buyers and sellers, knowledge of the market and packaging as well as restructuring, valuation, negotiation, process project management and transition support. Matrix also offers international M&A coverage through a partnership with Brussels based investment banking firm, Icafin Corporate Finance.
